Water spray injection
The surface pressure between the fixed blades and the rotating wear ring is controlled by the pressure inside the kiln hood. The hardened sealing blades are self-aligning and graphite lubricated.
The kiln outlet segments and blades are air-cooled. Two kiln outlet fans provide cooling air via an annular duct with double nozzles.
The self-aligning and hardened seal blades with graphite lubrication allow up to 25 mm kiln eccentricity.
